Field organiser
Position summary.
What you will do:
Recruit new members to the CPSU
Work with members to resolve workplace issues
Identify, develop and support activists and delegates
Increase member activity in the workplace
Implement national campaigns at a local level
Refer individual grievances/issues to our industrial organisers in the Member Service Centre
Implement other strategies and campaigns as developed by the Executive Committee of the CPSU
What you will receive:
A clear work allocation and direction on the union’s organising plan
Training and support to develop your skills and plan your work
Supervision and support from a lead organiser
Good pay and conditions including:
$63,108 - $82,236
15.4% Superannuation

What you will bring:
