The Commonwealth Government has launched an independent review of the new job seeker compliance framework, introduced on 1 July 2009.
The Review will examine the impact of rules, processes
and penalties including the introduction of ‘no show no pay’ failures and
Comprehensive Compliance Assessments.
Members interested in contributing to the CPSU
submission are invited to complete an online survey. The survey questions
will inform our submission to the Review.

should be completed by Friday 9 July 2010.
