CPSU members deliver on pay and conditions for all Sensis employees

2 October 2012, 8:42am

Certainty on pay rises - A say on targets - Entitlements protected. Congratulations!

A clear majority of Sensis staff have voted YES to the proposed enterprise agreement. This means you will have certainty around your pay increases, a say about targets and your entitlements protected.

Thank you

Your Sensis CPSU delegates at the negotiating table were Rob Leong, Richard Grogan and Luke Boundy. They were well supported by a team of local delegates, and CPSU industrial experts. It was the hard work of CPSU delegates and members throughout the country that made this result possible – well done and thank you.

What happens now?

The new enterprise agreement will go to Fair Work Australia for their approval and registration. Once this occurs it will provide Sensis employees with a legally binding agreement that will protect and improve their pay and conditions. Employees will no longer have to rely on company policy for important things like pay increases and redundancy entitlements.

What’s in it for me?

Over the next few months CPSU delegates will be conducting enterprise agreement information sessions for members, so that they can understand their workplace rights and entitlements. Dates and times will come out shortly or speak to your local CPSU delegate.

Ask a workmate to join the CPSU today
