CPSU members have been working hard over the past month, putting together a draft of the CPSU Log of Claims.
This is the document which tells your bargaining representatives what to aim
for when negotiating your next agreement. To make sure we’re representing the
wishes of members, the final stage of that process is to put it out to all CPSU
members to be voted on.
Key points
CPSU is seeking:
5% p.a. pay rise
six weeks paid supporting partner leave
improvements and changes to all sea-going allowances
no diminishment of your current entitlements
new protections for AFMA staff through the transition process.
Deadline - Tuesday, 20 May
All votes will need to be faxed back or passed to an appropriate union
representative by C.O.B. Tuesday, 20 May.
Only financial members of the CPSU are eligible to vote; but if you’ve been
