CPSU delivers on Work Life Balance

The union negotiated 3 year agreement finalised in early 2008 delivered a wide range of improvements for members.
Conditions secured by CPSU Members include
1% pay increase over the term of agreement
Increase in Professional Allowance
Improved Work Life Balance Package
Paid paternity leave
The package includes the options to request from your supervisor and/or CEO
Recreation leave at half pay, now 6 weeks at full pay or 12 weeks at half pay
Introduction of purchased leave - extension of annual leave to 10 weeks
Introduction of extended leave - work for 4 years at 80% and have the 5th year off on paid leave
