CRS managers – tell us what you think

19 May 2008, 9:34am

The change of government and new bargaining arrangements in CRS present challenges and opportunities for Regional and District Managers.

With AWAs set to be phased out, and the CPSU preparing to negotiate a Union collective agreement it’s important you have a say in this round of bargaining. The CPSU has the experience and the track record to protect your pay and working conditions.

CPSU believes that CRS Managers deserve a decent pay increases, fair working conditions that enhance work/life balance, protection for your rights at work, and opportunities for professional development. We are asking all Regional and District Managers to let us know what you want in your next union CA.

  • Download the survey here and please complete by Friday 30 May 2008
