Your pay and conditions have been secured and improved by CPSU negotiators backed by growing and active IP Australia union membership. Now the agreement is in place, we need to ensure your rights and conditions are respected and that IP management always consult about changes in the workplace.
CPSU is calling on interested members to become part of a national CPSU IP reps committee.
