CSA $$$ win

23 July 2008, 10:07am

Congratulations to Child Support Agency (CSA) staff who have just received a 6% pay rise and a $500 bonus.
 CSA staff have won:
  • 2% pay rise backdated to 1 March 2008
  • 4% pay rise effective from 10 July 2008
  • $500 skills payment.

Your union would like to thank all of the CPSU delegates, the CSA staff bargaining team, Section Councillors and bargaining helpers for making this campaign a success and delivering the Agreement staff deserve.

Despite management’s best attempts to strip conditions and place them into policy, members supported each other to deliver a decent deal that puts money in their pocket and keeps their entitlements protected in the Agency Agreement.

CPSU representatives will be working to ensure the new agreement is implemented fairly and consistently across the CSA. If CPSU members have any questions or concerns about the new agreement, talk should talk to their local CPSU delegate or CPSU organiser.

Not yet a member?

Every CSA staff member who joins the union increases our combined bargaining power. We are stronger together. Supporting the union is great but membership matters.

If you are thinking about joining, please contact us to find out how. Call 1300 137 636, join securely online or see your CPSU delegate.
