ABC management wage offer - 9 October 2008
Meetings will be convened in all branches in the week commencing 13 October to vote on the management wage offer. Management has made an offer to extend the current Red Book Agreement for 12 months in return for a 4% salary increase effective from 1 April 2009.

ABC TV cuts - CPSU meets with ABC management - 1 October 2008

ABC Management Offer for the Next Enterprise Bargain - 26 September 2008
Management has approached the union and has asked whether we are interested in a one-off, one year extension of the current Agreement in return for a 4% salary increase.

ABC management announce Resources Division redundancies - 19 September 2008
Management wrote to the CPSU today saying that they are dealing with ‘approximately ten’ redundancies in Resources. In what appears to be a breach of the ABC Employment Agreement management appears to have already identified the actual positions marked for redundancy.

SBS refuses to budge - “inflation and productivity” arguments rejected - 28 August 2008
In last week’s union report back meetings you told us management’s pay offer was not good enough and that you deserved a 5% pa increase for the next three years. When negotiations resumed on Monday, your unions argued strongly for an increase in the pay offer but management appeared unfazed.
