News

oneDVA or twoDVA, you decide - 7 October 2008
Your union is conducting all staff bargaining meetings between 7 and 9 October. There is concern that management’s offer is potentially divisive and offers significantly lesser pay and conditions for APS 1 to 5s than it does for APS 6 to EL2 staff.

DoHA - your capacity crippled by workload? - 1 October 2008
Despite planning throughout the agency, staff continue to struggle to maintain standards and work quality with significantly reduced resources, “absorbing” the workload of others who are no longer there.

Support your FaHCSIA bargaining team - 25 September 2008
The reactions to management’s pay offer keep coming in - and despite CPSU having only reached the halfway mark in a round of national meetings and your message is clear – the offer is unacceptable.

DVA - urgent feedback needed on offer - 19 September 2008
At negotiations held with CPSU on 9 and 16 September, management tabled a proposed package that includes pay increases of 4% per annum. This is well below your CPSU claim of 5% per annum and less than inflation.

Bargaining in FaHCSIA – where are we at? - 8 September 2008
Over the past two months the CPSU has worked with you to establish your bargaining claim and this has been given to your employer.
