Graduate link: Get connected

Being a graduate is a great opportunity. So, if you're serious about your new job and your rights at work, joining the CPSU is a smart move. We help grads get close to the action - whether it's meeting MPs on Budget night, networking with other graduates or developing your professional skills.

Upcoming grad events

The CPSU has a range of events planned for grads. Click here for more information or follow our Facebook page

 You get an edge

Being a member of the CPSU graduate network is a great way to kick start your career.  Here's what recent graduates are saying.

You get benefits

CPSU members receive member-only discounts on banking, shopping, travel and insurance and union fees are tax deductible. We also offer an opportunity to apply for study grants of up to $2,500.

You get support

You get free advice, representation, training, support and information. Simply see your local workplace delegate or contact  the Member Service Centre.

You have power

The more people in our union, the greater our bargaining power. Thanks to unions we enjoy safer workplaces, better pay, conditions and rights at work. The CPSU is a democratic organisation - as a member you can help shape your union and make a difference.

You get ahead

Joining the CPSU Graduates Network gives you a great head start at work. The network provides an ongoing program of topics of interest such as understanding your rights at work, how to get a promotion, opportunities for graduates and much more. Watch this page or contact the CPSU's David Hermolin for details.
