ABC camera operators: shooting for gold

CPSU representatives have reviewed the work and skills of camera operators over the last few months and from your feedback and information we have created a multi-skill claim and a draft role template.

The claim recognises the additional skills needed to operate remote transmission and the draft role template incorporates additional editorial and producer functions into higher band levels.

Our next steps are to engage with ABC Management over the proposed multi-skill claim and role template.
