Fair work delivers a fair result for all

12 March 2012, 12:04pm

We now have a positive result on the two issues we took to Fair Work Australia. We have made considerable movement on EL TOIL and achieved a consistent pay outcome of 9.2% for all classifications.

What happens next?

FaHCSIA has today provided us with a new draft EA. CPSU will soon proceed with a member’s vote. FaHCSIA can simultaneously conduct the processes it needs to go through in order to get ready for an all staff vote.

CPSU is concerned with the time the process of finalising terms has taken, especially considering the delayed start to bargaining.

Join to have your say

To participate in the CPSU vote, you’ll need to be a CPSU member. Now’s the time to join to have your say. Join today by clicking here.

Want to find out more?

  • Email your CPSU bargaining team here: fahcsiamembers@cpsu.org.au
