The CPSU has been contacted by members on non-ongoing contracts who have not yet received their incremental increase as per the NDIA Enterprise Agreement 2016-2019.
The good news is, that once you have fulfilled all the requirements in your current EA at Clause 5.5, you are eligible for a pay increase on your anniversary date, not the September 1 ongoing salary advancement date
The requirements for this payment to non ongoing staff are:
- You have worked continuously for the NDIA for 12 months
- Even if you have been on a number of different contracts, as long as you have had no break in your employment
- Even if you can have been employed by the NDIA across different job roles as long as you have had no break in your employment
And, as mentioned above, the requirements as set out in your 2016-2019 NDIA EA at Clause 5.5.
