CPSU has received a number of reports of members being unable to log into the voting system – again. It seems that the company that DHS has hired to run this important vote is once again unable to step up to the job.
If you have received an error message on attempting to log in, please continue to try. A large number of staff are excited about the prospect of knocking down this proposal, and are all trying at once to get into the system.
Members are also reporting that they are able to log in, however, they are only given the option to ‘submit’ – they don’t actually get the vote screen. When they click on this button they get a message saying “thanks for submitting your vote”.
If you find yourself in this situation, please take a screen shot of the first page and send to email@example.com and urgently contact DHS to advise of your experience.
