Union members will decide the key conditions changes we push for as a union.

Enterprise bargaining has allowed union members to join together and achieve changes for the better, such as:

  • sick leave,
  • annual leave,
  • flex time,
  • paid parental leave,
  • guaranteed 15.4% superannuation, and so much more.

All of these rights belong in enterprise agreements, which are negotiated, visible, and can’t be changed overnight.

If there is a disagreement under an enterprise agreement, the Fair Work Commission can help resolve it.
