ACCC and AER members are taking protected industrial action for better pay!

CPSU members in ACCC and AER can now take protected industrial action to help secure a better pay offer for all APS workers, joining with members in Services Australia, FWO, DAFF and DEWR.

Standard Working Hours Action - Starting 00:00 (Midnight) Monday 20 Nov

All members who are covered by the proposed enterprise agreement are encouraged to only work your standard hours per week beginning from this date.

Participating members will work only their standard weekly hours (37.05 hrs for full time workers, or the equivalent for part time workers) and will cease work after reaching this limit. Participating members will not accrue flex or TOIL during their participation in this action. Members may accept overtime work if every hour above 37.05 is accounted for with overtime pay. Members will continue to take leave as required including the use of pre-accrued flex leave or TOIL.
