Congratulations on getting into the ATO grad program. We’re excited to work with such a talented group this year.

Your skills and education have gotten you this far, now what?

Throughout your grad year, you may have some unique questions and challenges apart from the rest of your ATO colleagues. CPSU is here to help you along the way.

As a CPSU member, you’ll be invited to a series of sessions to help you navigate your career in the ATO. Keep an eye out for invitations including: how to survive your graduate year, the ins and out of your Service Delivery rotation, how to get promoted, using your compass discussions to your advantage, and so much more.

To start your year CPSU has created an Excel tracker to help you keep track of all your contacts and training throughout the year.

We'll extend support to all grads because we're committed to ensuring you succeed, last year we worked with grads to secure access to WFH and more information on rotations impacted by the COVID response. With discussion with our members, we were able to secure extensions on milestones, stopped large extensions of the Service Delivery rotation, and provided support for grad members through a range of individual and collective issues.

As a member, you’ll get access to helpful information packets throughout the year. A lot of our great resources and tools are for those grads who choose to join our union. Our materials, guides and sessions are funded by and created for members. Download the 2022 ATO Grad Pack.
