Over the past few weeks, there has been a significant public debate about issues of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Some CPSU members have come forward expressing concerns around policies and processes governing employee wellbeing and respectful behaviours in the workplace, specifically referencing sexual harassment.
As your union we want to better ensure all our members have safe and respectful workplaces. To achieve that, we want to hear from you about your experience of relevant policies, procedures, including actions to minimise risk, training and complaint handling processes for sexual harassment in your workplace.
This survey will allow us to develop an informed position on how your employer can better prevent and respond to concerns about sexual harassment. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and your responses will remain confidential.
If you need advice or support in the workplace and you are a CPSU member we encourage you to call the Members Service Centre on 1300 137 636 for confidential industrial advice. If you require other support we encourage you to contact 1800RESPECT or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
