Bargaining for your next 3-year Enterprise Agreement commences on Monday 28 March 2022.

Thank you to everyone who had your say in the CPSU survey of staff. The results formed the basis of the CPSU claim for this round of bargaining.

Since the last negotiations, NCVER Management have indicated that the EA needs ‘refreshing’. This means the current EA has been stripped right back. Management have indicated the intention isn’t to remove anything and that bargaining will be the process of putting stuff back in.

Bargaining has never been more important.

More than 98% of employees indicated retaining conditions in the EA was important to them. Your CPSU bargaining team will be ensuring that all entitlements are put back into the legally enforceable EA and resisting attempts to move anything into policy where it can be changed any time by Management.

The results of the CPSU survey show that your top priorities for this bargaining process are:
