Sofie S's homemade Irish Cream with NO WPI

  • 1 bottle of whiskey,
  • 8 eggs,
  • 1 tin condensed milk,
  • 1 jar 600ml cream,
  • 3 Tbls chocolate topping,
  • 1tsp coconut essence and 1tsp vanilla essence.
  • Place in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
  • Strain and place in bottles.
  • Place in the fridge for a week or two.
  • Shake before drinking.

Enjoy for breakfast on Christmas morning with chocolates!
