Sofie S's homemade Irish Cream with NO WPI
- 1 bottle of whiskey,
- 8 eggs,
- 1 tin condensed milk,
- 1 jar 600ml cream,
- 3 Tbls chocolate topping,
- 1tsp coconut essence and 1tsp vanilla essence.
- Place in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
- Strain and place in bottles.
- Place in the fridge for a week or two.
- Shake before drinking.
Enjoy for breakfast on Christmas morning with chocolates!
