Tina's capsicum sauce

  • 3 small tins of diced capsicum
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cups white vinegar
  • 6 gloves of garlic crushed

Place all ingredients in a small pan, bring to the boil stirring until the sugar is dissolved, then simmer without stirring until reduced and looks glace, like a thick syrup, this may take 30-40 mins. Cool a little then pour over philly cheese.
