DHS pay increase update

The CPSU has received calls from members asking why DHS didn’t pay the pay-rise from today 16 November 2017. The department has advised that due to system reconfigurations, the 3% pay increase will now appear in the next pay cycle on 30 November 2017 and be back paid to 2 November 2017. Read more

Tea breaks now guaranteed

Service Centre workers will now get one or two 15 minute tea breaks each day, depending on the length of their shift. Read more
