Culture agencies network

CPSU is working to build a network of delegates from the culture agencies to identify and work on common issues. This includes campaigning to improve APS bargaining, funding and efficiency. For more information or to get involved email:

CPSU action works - 13 December 2011
The Federal Government’s Mid Year Economic Forecast contains major funding cuts to many agencies and the introduction of a new efficiency dividend of 4% for 2012-13. However, thanks to the strong lobbying of CPSU delegates over the last 18 months, most cultural agencies, ATSI organisations and courts will be exempted from this increase.

Government policy says that all agencies can only pay 3% annual increases unless they can afford more.
