CPSU seek answers on AGS redundancies - 22 July 2010
On Tuesday 20 July your union met with management to discuss the AGS plans to make 15 legal positions in the AGS Sydney office redundant.

Ombudsman EA 2010-2011 update - 19 July 2010
The calling of the Federal Election will impact on our negotiations over the Enterprise Agreement as according to convention a ‘Minister(s) should avoid making decisions binding an incoming government to a particular outcome.’ (Workplace.gov.au – APS Advice 07 of 2007).

Delay must not penalise OCO employees - 1 July 2010
The CPSU is calling on the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman to commence bargaining on your new enterprise agreement immediately. A new agreement is due to be in place by 30 September, but Ombudsman’s holding it up. The CPSU is working to make sure staff won’t suffer from this delay.

OCO bargaining claim 2010 - 25 June 2010
Thank you to everyone who shared their views on a new agreement through our recent survey and paid-time meetings. Based on your feedback the claim below has been developed. We are now seeking further feedback before we formally serve this claim on the Ombudsman next week.

OCO staff - we have 35 working days… - 21 June 2010
Your current collective agreement expires on 30 September. This means there must be a new agreement ready to vote on in early August for a pay rise to be in place by 1 October.
