Justice for the Courts

The Access to Justice taskforce is considering broad reform of the justice system and will be making recommendations to Government. Following the release of the Access to Justice report CPSU will ask members to contribute your views to a submission on the future direction of the courts.

CPSU welcomes this opportunity to engage and advocate members’ views on a wide range of issues such as:

  • A framework of how the justice system could work together better, priorities efficiencies, and practical suggestions.
  • Preventative measures, mediation, legal assistance, alternative dispute resolution, early intervention, barriers to justice, services, how to reduce legal expenses and legislative changes.
