A better way to bargain

Months of hard campaigning is beginning to pay off with new agreements now finalised for more than than 120,000 staff in agencies such as DAFF, Customs and Tax.

CPSU service-wide bargaining claim

 

In October 2010, more than 15,000 CPSU members strongly endorsed a detailed service-wide bargaining claim which delegates and members are campaiging to achieve in every agency. This was updated by your Governing Council representatives in April 2011 in response to the Government's bargaining agenda - changes that were overwhelmingly endorsed by members.
