Telstra Bargaining

Telstra management is trying to divide its workforce with multiple non-union agreements. Telstra unions want a single agreement with decent pay and conditions for all staff. It's time to join the union and get involved.

The goal of Telstra unions and the ACTU is to make Telstra a decent, fairer workplace with good pay and conditions for everyone - including employees currently on Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs).
