CSA - planned versus unplanned leave, what's the difference? CPSU members in CSA have reported feeling confused about the difference between planned and unplanned leave. There have been instances where staff have been made to take Flex or Annual leave for the purposes of attending medical appointments as this is deemed to be a ‘planned’ event.
ATO - Client Service Window Rostering (8am-6pm) The sections of the agreement which contain your entitlements in relation to rostering between 8am and 6pm in Client Contact areas can be found at Clause 74. Regular hours and meal breaks is in Clause 72 and flextime in Clause 73.
