Update your details competition NOW CLOSED

This competition is now closed. Thanks to everyone who entered. We are currently double-checking checking all the entries before we announce the lucky winners next week.

Competition Q&A

When does the competition finish?

The competition period starts on 25 May 2009 and ends on 19 June 2009. Winners will be notified within 7 days of this date.

What can I win?

First prize is a cheque for $2000 from Members Equity and CPSU. Second prize is a voucher for $1250 to spend at Shopper Travel. Third prize is a voucher for $750 to spend at Union Shopper.

How do I enter the competition?

To enter the competition, you need to update your membership details or confirm your records are correct by one of the following methods:

  • going to https://web.cpsu.org.au/UpdateYourDetails
  • calling the Member Service Center on 1300 137 636 or
  • emailing members@cpsu.org.au for a fax-back details form

You will then be automatically entered into the draw. For more information, read the competition terms and conditions here.

What information should I have on hand?

Recent pay slip, relevant banking or credit card details and union membership number (if known)

I updated my details in the last month, do I need to update again to enter?

If you updated your details since 18 May 2009, you have been automatically entered into the competition.

I only joined the CPSU in the last month, do I still need to update my details?

If you joined CPSU on or after the 18 May 2009, you have been automatically entered into the competition.

Can I still win if I am “unfinancial”?

If you are unfinancial or not up to date with your union dues, you are not eligible to enter the competition. To become financial and eligible to enter, please call the Member Service Centre on 1300 137 636 to organise a suitable payment plan.
