Negotiation

Now is the time to make a difference
CPSU membership matters. From the moment you become a CPSU member you’ll be contributing to our collective bargaining power, and you'll have a say throughout our campaign. This means you have a strong voice, and a strong negotiating position at every stage of bargaining. If you're not yet a member, join the CPSU today to be represented in bargaining and support a better outcome for yourself, your colleagues, and your APS.
Who is representing you at the bargaining table?
If you don’t have representation during bargaining, you’re letting your employer decide your pay, conditions, and job security for you. CPSU members are automatically represented by their union, which uses its collective strength, resources, and expertise to bargain from a position of strength. Only CPSU members can be represented by the CPSU in bargaining, so if you want a say, it’s time to become a member.
How will you support better pay and conditions?
Securing meaningful pay and conditions improvements across the APS takes resources, expertise, and influence. The CPSU pursues the pay increases, conditions improvements, and job security that APS workers deserve by drawing on the collective bargaining power of tens of thousands of workers, experienced APS negotiators, and industrial law experts. The more members we have, the more we can achieve at the bargaining table. Join the CPSU today to support a better outcome for yourself, your colleagues, and your APS.
