Bargaining is coming!

The CPSU is running a series of meetings that you can attend during work time.

We will discuss the proposed 3% pay rise, which would come with a restriction on unions taking protected industrial action. Union members will decide what we do next. It’s vital that we come together to talk through the proposal, understand the implications, and make a strategic, informed decision together.

We have set up a lot of meetings so you can choose the one that best suits your schedule. While management have approved for you to attend during work time, it’s important to attend at a time that works for you and your team.
