The APSC has just presented the CPSU bargaining team with its APS-wide pay offer – 10.5% over three years (4% in the first year, 3.5% in the second year, 3% in the third year).

CPSU members in the APS will decide whether the offer is good enough. Vote now to let us know what you think of the pay offer. The ballot will close on 30 May – your bargaining team needs your clear feedback to take back to the APSC and respond to the offer.

The CPSU bargaining claim, endorsed overwhelmingly by members, is for 20% over three years (9% in the first year, 6% in the second year, and 5% in year three).

We know that members have faced a decade of wage freezes, pay caps, and delays in bargaining. We know that they deserve pay rises that keep up with the cost of living.

Now it’s up to you to tell us whether the government’s offer is good enough.

Vote now

Your CPSU bargaining team needs clear feedback from as many members as possible to take back to the negotiating table. Please vote and encourage your fellow members to have their say.
