Granny Winifred’s friend Sarah’s pastry for mince pies

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • Mix with 1 tbsp sugar
  • Rub in 6oz butter
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  1. Roll out and cut circles using a glass
  2. Add your favourite fruit mince
  3. Brush lids of pies with milk
  4. Bake at 200C until golden

Serve in a fair and equitable manner to those performing the same work duties.
