Bullying is repeated, unreasonable behaviour directed towards a worker or group of workers which creates a risk to health and safety. It can include bullying by workers, clients, visitors or others and often results from a poor workplace culture which allows this behaviour to occur.

If you are a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) and would like expert advice and assistance regarding psychosocial hazards and risk mitigation, you are entitled to seek the assistance of any person, including the CPSU.
