Mental Health First Aid Officer roles are now an identified role in Enterprise Agreements across the Australian Public Service.

As with other corporate roles, such as Harassment Contact Officers, trained Mental Health First Aid Officers are a reasonably practicable control measure to mitigate the risk of injury or illness, which can form a part of your workplaces Work Health and Safety Management Arrangements.
