Workplace Health and Safety Committees (WHSCs) are important - every workplace should have one. This guide outlines the right of a committee to access information and the key areas of risk that WHSCs should routinely monitor.

Under section 75 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act) workers have the right to form a WHS Committee in every workplace.
