It pays to belong
CPSU

As a CPSU member, you have access to trained workplace delegates as well as our Member Service Centre (MSC) to provide you with advice, assistance and representation on a wide range of issues.

The Member Service Centre (MSC) is staffed by fully trained industrial organisers who specialise in a wide range of technical matters including industrial relations legislation, workplace health and safety, compensation, the Public Service Act and enterprise agreements.

MSC staff also work with a range of external stakeholders such as Slater+Gordon lawyers, Comcare, the Merit Protection Commission and the Australian Human Rights Commission to ensure the CPSU’s knowledge base is up-to-date and delegates and members get the best and most current advice.

The centre is open from 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday. You can call us on 1300 137 636 or email us at members@cpsu.org.au

The General Enquiries and Member Support form is for straightforward questions.

The Helping You Resolve Your Workplace Issues form is for complex problems. If you prefer, you can download a paper copy of this form.
