Your CPSU representatives are working to ensure all members understand their rights under their new agreements and how to access them.

Membership matters

Make the most of your new flexible work entitlements
In service-wide bargaining in 2023, the CPSU secured strong rights to flexible work for APS employees.
Your new rights include:
- Strong rights to flexible work for all APS employees – with no caps on the number of days an employee can work from home, and a bias towards yes.
- Location of work – APS roles able to be performed in wider locations across Australia, and agencies to consider connection to country.
- Decisions subject to independent oversight and review rights.
